Refund Policy

Every piece of jewelry curated here at Lady Jane is one of a kind, and once it is sold, it is gone.

If you find yourself needing to return your piece, we are sorry it didn't work out!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A $5 return fee will be applied to your order. We do not do returns on international orders at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ladyjanejewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the order is damaged past 7 days, you are not eligible for a return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized or customized items, such as a ring being resized, or other alterations made to the original design of the piece.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Refunds
We do not offer refunds here at Lady Jane Jewels – but we can offer you store credit.  We will be in touch through email if store credit is required, rather than an exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know how to proceed with using your store credit.
